Getting hit on by this guy...Sygate is stopping...but

I installed sygate firewall tonight, and this jackhole keeps trying to get in. Any Idea where its coming from?This is the whois from the backtrace of Zygate.It has been hitting at least five times an hour, I keep checking the box indicating not to bother me again but it keeps popping up.

Must have been a timing thing. I've been cleaning up my New Xp install per the instructions in the stickys, and it seems to be helping. Thanks Owen.

He hasn't hit me today that I can see, either that or sygate is stopping it and not telling me...either way I really don't care.
