Unhappy need help with small.18.T trojan horse
I am currently having problems with the small.18.T trojan horse. It has taken over my computer. I have tried everything and cannot get rid of it. It seems there are many other people with same problem. I am posting my hijajk log. I am working in safe mode as I cannot seem to get anything working else wise. Please help. What can I do?

Sorry about the response time.

Boot into Safe Mode and ensure that you are showing Hidden Files and Folders.

Close all browser windows, restart Hijack This and put a checkmark next to the following entries:

Click Fix Checked

Delete the following files and folders:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\netsync.exe
C:\WINDOWS\isrvs

Go to Start> All Programs and hover your mouse over the Startup program folder. Right click AutoPlay.exe and click Delete.

Reboot and post a fresh log

Here is the new hijack log you requested. I followed the steps you gave me but I am a little nervous about going back into reg mode from safe mode till I hear from you. Could you please maybe recommend a good antivirus program ( I am currently running AVG, I have tried norton in past but did not care for it) and also a good firewall program (Sygate Personal Firewall was mentioned once, is this good). I just do not want to go through this again. Thank you again for your help. I will wait to hear from you before going back into reg mode.

Click Fix Checked

Then boot into Safe Mode and ensure that you are showing Hidden Files and Folders.

Go to C:\documents and settings\Owner\local settings\temp and once in the folder click Edit> Select All. Then hit the delete key to get rid of the entire contents of the folder. Leave the folder itself intact though.

Delete the following files and folders:
C:\Program Files\CxtPls

Reboot and post a fresh log

After I completed the first steps you told me to do, I went ahead and went into normal mode and the virus was gone. I had read other things you wrote about cleaning your computer and the programs that were mentioned. I went ahead and installed cwshredder, ad-aware, spybot search and destroy and sygate personal firewall. I ran all the programs to clean my computer. I hope this did not mess anything up. My computer seems to be running great and my last virus scan picked up nothing. I am sending my most current log. I could not find the ones you mentioned in your last reply as I believe they were changed due to me running all the new programs. I think the problem may be fixed. I am going to spend more time cleaning my system as you recommend. Thank you for all that you have done and I am telling everyone who has problems about your site. Close all browser windows, restart Hijack This and put a checkmark next to the following entries:
