Need Help : Logfile of newest Hijack This

Here it is.... Can anyone help? Everytime I remove a ton of issues and they are back within 10 minutes.

Close all browser windows, restart Hijack This and put a checkmark next to the following entries:

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [PC Adware-Spyware Removal] C:\Program Files\PC Adware-Spyware Removal\PCAdwareSpywareRemoval.exe

Click Fix Checked

Then boot into Safe Mode and ensure that you are showing Hidden Files and Folders.

Go to the Control Panel and double click Add/Remove programs. Uninstall:
PC Adware-Spyware Removal

Delete the following files and folders:
C:\Program Files\PC Adware-Spyware Removal
C:\WINDOWS\system32\addih.exe

Reboot and post a fresh log
