Re: IE windows that keep popping up

You have a worm in there called Kelvix.

Go to http://housecall.trendmicro.com and perform an online virus scan. Let it remove any infections found.

Then reboot and post a fresh log.

Re: IE windows that keep popping up

Ok thanks, I just needed to confirm that because there is an entry in there related to a Nokia Phone. It is obviously a fake, it is suspicious that it appeared 3 times instead of one.

Close all browser windows, restart Hijack This and put a checkmark next to the following entries:

R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - _{CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {ED103D9F-3070-4580-AB1E-E5C179C1AE41} - (no file)

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [antiware] C:\windows\system32\eliteswb32.exe

O4 - HKCU\..\RunServices: [CPQHotkeys] hotkeysvc.exe
O23 - Service: ZESOFT - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\zeta.exe (file missing)

Click Fix Checked

Then boot into Safe Mode and ensure that you are showing Hidden Files and Folders.

Delete the following files and folders. Search for and delete files without a specific location:
hotkeysvc.exe
C:\windows\system32\eliteswb32.exe
PCsync.exe

Reboot and post a fresh log
