Windows Task Manager Won't Run, programs won't start: AIM, Hijack This, etc.

Please help! This is driving me crazy. I reformatted last night, and already the problem came back Can anybody help me?

Have a read of the Hijack This logs post at the top of this forum. Run the appropriate programs and then post a Hijack This log to the forum.
