Internet Explorer won't close when I try to close it,
I have to do a Ctrl Alt Del...

I've tried all of the "fixes" I could find & ra all of Symantec's virus removal tools to no avail.

Click Fix Checked

Then go to http://housecall.trendmicro.com and perform an Online Virus Scan. Remove any infections it finds.

Reboot and post a fresh log
