virus's driving me mad !!

hey guys
haven't been on for ages .. been busy .. but pc's full of virus's and have tried all the usual methods the main one, and what ever is in it won't let me run a hijack to sort problem .. all seems to be linked to a search bar .. copied and pasted some of whats the prob .. http://img.lop.com/images/newpass3/_r1.gif
anyone got any idea's been at it for hours and although anti virus stuff tells me its gone .. when i turn back on it's NOT !!! any advice welcome .. thanks
