Hijack log ...pls help

Hi Owen,
I think my PC has been infected wih a virus sent via MSN messenger where the link was opened.
Impossible to access antivirus sites on the web - the browser window closes instantly.
Tried to load Spybot , AVG , stinger etc and they all close instantly when trying to open and run.

Your help as always is greatly appreciated.

Success!!! I think..
I identified the Hosts problem so removed these entries from the HOSTS.
Then searched the web for the .exe files in the 04 entries in the HJT log..looks like the FATSO A virus - and I found the exact match on the Network Associates virus identification as W32/Crog.worm .
So I ran HJT and checked the following items to be fixed

Success!!
Now I can access the antivrus programs and websites.
Ran AVG antivirus - yep FATSO A virus entries identified - then cleaned
Ran Spybot and ad-aware - ensuring latest updates were installed.Ran all again and booted a few times.
Runs like a dream now-- it must have cleaned most of the crud out.
I,ll post a new HJT log when my daughter lets me back on her computer --now its running..

Be sure and put a check in the box by "Auto Clean" before you do the scan. If it finds anything that it cannot clean have it delete it or make a note of the file location so you can delete it yourself.

Thanks for the advice & stuff.
Deleted the files in safe mode.
I ran Housecall as you advised - it detected a couple of trojans so thats done.
Ran spybot and ad-aware + AVG again .
