Can't uninstall or remove programs..

Can anyone tell me how to remove programs when you can't download, can't get into system restore or control panel. I attempt to remove programs in control panel..when I can get in there..the computer locks up..same thing when I try to open anything on desktop other than windows files. I get on Crazy Browser by going through Start and My programs. I can't get in Explorer, Slimbrowser, Foxfire or MSN. . However when I'm on line everything is still real slow and not right. I feel like I have a spy ware program running and it's trying to stop everything. I ran Avast..it works..and no virus shows up.
I downloaded Enditall but I can't open it..can extract, but when I try to run..system freezes. I've tried uninstall from my programs and system freezes..any help would be much appreciated. I'm not very computer literate. I did build this one, but then forgot everything. It has operated perfectly for about 3 yrs. until now.
When it locks up I have to just turn off at tower..and I get a note to wait on Microsoft Anti spyware to finish running..then it says program not responding.

Do you have any other Spyware/Adware tools at your disposal?

If you can download Adaware SE or Spybot S&D try those. The othe program you can get if you can get to the site, is HiJackTHis (Current Version 1.99.1)

OK Thanks..I can download just can't open anything..I'm in safemode right now and was able to go into control panel to remove programs...that would remove..some would not. I also went into system restore..but all the dates I tried would not work and I went back a couple of months.
Anyway everything works fine in safemode..but soon as I get out it's all the same..everything I try locks up the computer.

Can you run HiJackThis in safe mode?

Please follow owen's Instructions and then post your log in the Spyware, Adware, Viruses and HijackThis Logs section (Not Here).
