Need confirmation I got it all...

I was just blasted with Spyware/Adware. Ad-Aware found 428 instances...From SAHM Agent to WindUPdate etc. Even found a P2P virus Alcan?!?! If Owen or HJTHis could look and make sure I got it all...I was testing Limewire for a friend (downloaded a file he said he needed but blew up his computer) and guess what! It did the same except I can reboot and clean, he couldnt. Here is my log, thanks for you help.

First lit me say i'm sorry for this late reply been
having big problems with Comcast but i think the

Press control-alt-delete to get into the task manager and end the follow processes if they exist:
msxct.exe

If you get an error when deleting a file. Right click on the file and check to see if the read only attribute is checked. if it is uncheck it and try again.

Uninstall the following via the Add/Remove Panel (Start->(Settings)->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs) if they exist:
p2pnetworking

Check the following items in HijackThis.
Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:
