i can't seem to make it stop coming back, help plz

i have asked ppl about this & all they told me was, "stay off porn sites" but the fact of the matter is that i have not been on any porn sites, 1 poped up 1s, but that was like 4 months ago, & only i use my computer..

the problem is that i keep on getting this dialer downloaded 2 my computer every 30 mins about, & when i remove it, and i mean fully remove it, it comes back & installs its self, even after i tell my anti-virus not to let it open...

can some1 help?

If you use a firewall then block it that way or try downloading spybot search and destroy, also try installing adaware as weel, (i have ahd this in the past and the above worked for me)
