Constant Rebbots

Everytime i login in to 98 it restarts as soon as it loads the icons and stops thinking.

Now ive tried

Windows Mellenium
Changing Hard drives
Taking out all other cards
Trying new video drivers
Flashing the bios (this seem to let me get in for about 15mins) then it started again
A million diff bios settings (i turned on parity error check and it said it had a parity error)
Taking out all the RAM
Ive loaded all diff sorts of drivers

Damn near everything imaginable!!!!
It started when i decided to install ME
but ive been backwards and forwards between ME and 98 and the same things happen

Also my drives seem to say Compatibility Error MS-DOS and my performance will suffer

Ive formated the drives completley and compatibility error still shows

Also when the scandisk to install win98 in dos starts it whinges about it not being ms-dos 5.0, wtf? i swear i got that

ANYONE HELP?!?!!
(help isnt saying buy a new computer cause i aint loaded)
