Another computer messed up
hacked into i believe
ran spybot and ad-aware

it found a back door entry looks like it was deleted

Press control-alt-delete to get into the task manager and end the follow processes if they exist:
scvhost.exe<---This file not this one here --->C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe

If you get an error when deleting a file. Right click on the file and check to see if the read only attribute is checked. if it is uncheck it and try again.

Uninstall the following via the Add/Remove Panel (Start->(Settings)->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs) if they exist:
MySearch

Check the following items in HijackThis.
Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

Delete the following files\folders IF still present:

Still in Safe Mode do a file Search for this if found delete it
scvhost.exe<---This file not this one here -->C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe

Then do a reboot till us how it is show new logfile

go to delete these and the system shuts down and reboots

See how the bad guy has SCVhost

& the good guy has SVC they turn them around

after rebooting from safemode it seems to take a min for Norton Antivirus
to say its enabled... Microsoft Security Center flags it as not active for virus protection then says its on after a min.
the firewall says on
and the automatic updates say on

what options you set it to so have a look at the settings
