Two iexplore.exe programs wont close, even on task manager

On task manager there's 2 iexplore.exe tasks that whenever are closed just reappear, I think its something to do with a virus because since this started my computers been running slowly, I've run F-Prot antivirus and they still won't close and I've tried rebooting my computer, any advice?
