Hey HGD, I missed your last reply on my thread a few weeks back because I didn't get an e-mail saying that you had responded. I apologize for my mistake. Anyhow, here's the url of the original thread if you need it:

You mentioned running HJThis again, so I have done so. Here's the log file-

Hi,tallicafanatik

Do this for me please

first move HijackThis to a folder in C:\Drive like so C:\HJT
First:
Please download ewido security suite it is a trial version of the program.
  • once downloaded install check for any updates but do not run just yet
look to the bottom of this page for settings

    Download and doubleclick http://cwshredder.net/bin/CWShredder.exe.
check for any updates.but do not run it just yet

    & this here

    Disable Spybot Resident

Please disable Spybot S&D’s protection, as it may hinder the removal of the infection. You can enable it after you're clean.

Open Spybot and click on Mode and check Advanced Mode
    Check yes to next window.
Click on Tools in bottom left hand corner.
    Click on System Startup icon.
Uncheck Teatimer box and/or Uncheck Resident.
    Click Allow Change box.

Then, check next to the computerclock to see if the icon for Spybot is still there.
If it is, right click it and choose 'exit Spybot-S&D Resident'.

    Reboot the computer.

& also the same for Microsoft AntiSpyware just Disable it
then shutdown Microsoft AntiSpyware just don't forget to
    Enable both of them after.

Boot to safe mode: Instructions here

Doubleclick CWShredder.exe. Than close every window doubleclick the cwsshredder icon on your Desktop.
Click Fix and then Next, let it fix everything it asks about.

after you do that do this here

Please follow the instructions provided, you may want to print out these instructions and use them as a reference.
  • Install ewido security suite
  • When installing, under "Additional Options" uncheck "Install background guard" and "Install scan via context menu".
  • Launch ewido, there should be an icon on your desktop double-click it.
  • The program will prompt you to update click the OK button
  • The program will now go to the main screen
You will need to update ewido to the latest definition files.
  • On the left hand side of the main screen click update
  • Click on Start
The update will start and a progress bar will show the updates being installed.
Once the updates are installed do the following:
  • Click on scanner
  • Make sure the following boxes are checked before scanning:
    • Binder
    • Crypter
    • Archives
  • Click on Start Scan
  • Let the program scan the machine
While the scan is in progress you will be prompted to clean files, click OK

Once the scan has completed, there will be a button located on the bottom of the screen named Save report
  • Click Save report
  • Save the report to your desktop

then see how it is & show us a new logfile.
