some kind of search assistant?

i was just doing things to clean up my sisters computer when i noticed some sort of search assistant running when i incorrectly typed a url. anyway i was just wondering if anything looks bad in this hjt log?

open a command prompt and unregister the dll(s) we're going to remove, by entering the following:

regsvr32 /u deSrcAs.dll

It's ok, if these aren't found or 'error' out. If you want, just copy and paste the individual lines to the command prompt to save on the typing.

Uninstall the following via the Add/Remove Panel (Start->(Settings)->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs) if they exist:
MyWaySA

Check the following items in HijackThis.
Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

Delete the following files\folders IF still present:

Then do a reboot see how it is show new logfile.

Everything is good. There really wasnt a big problem in the first place other than that I have been telling my sister to take steps to protect her computer for half a year now and she didnt bother to do anything. I was a little nervous about that search thing from dell becuase i have been hijacked before and it acted somewhat like that. Thanks for all the help.
