PLZ HELP!! lag and more lag and popiups

The first thing i need you to do is move HijackThis from where
you have it now & place it in a folder in C:\Drive like so C:\HJT

now you also have a # of Virus's here so do this here

Go for free online Virus scans here:

Be sure and put a check in the box by "Auto Clean" before you do the scan. If it finds anything that it cannot clean have it delete it or make a note of the file location so you can delete it yourself.

& i would like to add that you should go right over to
windows update site & update both WinXP & IE

now this is going to be the long way around a fix here
first i need you to make sure to move HijackThis to a folder on
C:\Drive like so C:\HJT

Press control-alt-delete to get into the task manager and end the follow processes if they exist:
outpostupdate.exe
winupdate.exe
p2pnetworking.exe
adwarealert.Exe

If you get an error when deleting a file. Right click on the file and check to see if the read only attribute is checked. if it is uncheck it and try again.

Uninstall the following via the Add/Remove Panel (Start->(Settings)->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs) if they exist:
winupdate<--NOTE it's this here not -->Windowsupdate
AdwareAlert
p2pnetworking

Check the following items in HijackThis.
Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

Make sure you can view hidden and system files: Instructions here

Then Boot to safe mode: Instructions here

Delete the following files\folders IF still present:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\outpostupdate.exe<--This file
C:\Program Files\winupdate\<--NOTE it's this here not -->Windowsupdate
C:\Program Files\AdwareAlert\<--This folder

Still in Safe Mode do a file Search for this file if found delete it
p2pnetworking.exe

Then do a reboot go & try the online Virus scan i posted for you.

Well not sure if you are running from Safe Mode or not but that
logfile looks odd big time so fix these here.

Just run HijackThis put a check mark in the box next to each item above
then click fix checked then once it is done close out of HijackThis
& go right to Windows update site & update both WinXP & IE

once you do all the updates at Winupdate run a new scan
& post me a new HijackThis logfile.
