HELP!!! Annoying trojan

hi!

ive got windows xp home and ive got a fantastic little trojan. i tried the standard cleanup using my virus protection software, which cleaned it out. however, as soon as it wqas clean, the same file pops up somewhere else in my files.

HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS!?!? is there any command script i can use to just make it go bye-bye?
