Has anything changed recently - new programs loaded, etc.? Did this only happen once?

glad you answered, sorry I was not there the week-end,...the answers to your questions are, Yes is the first time tha happend, and I do download a bit lately, but nothin especial, first time I had the problem I just redo (sorry I don't Know the english expressio) the pc to a previous date, but nothing happened, so I tried to delete it with no succes, as well as redownloading the program....I don't know what to do...
