Downloaded Spyware Doctor. I need help with trying to delete the items are better yet fix ALL of the errors without purchasing the software, fore I can not afford the software at this time.

Can someone please help me?
I had someone work on this PC and now my PC is worse off then when they started.
I take directions well~ For an experience user (It is not that bad)It will just take some time and patience.
Any volunteers?
