gbDailer

Hi all
Wondreing if you acn help. I got some virus called a gbDailer on my PC which apparently uses my modem to dial up premium rate numbers. I do not use my modem though i connect via LAN and my network card so it is not a big problem. Except i keep getting a desktop item appearing saying"Access All Areas" and my PC is a bit slower than usual. I deleted all the stuff in the c:\windows\temp folder and found one would not go. I used ewido anti-malware which found it as a virus and got rid of it and it went. However, it came back along with the desktop item. I do not know what else to do. I have used Symmantec Anti virus, House call, ewido, spybot, Ad-aware and Windows anti-spyware. The only one to detect anything was ewido and i removed everything that it found. But it is back again. Any ideas?
