norton can't fix this. I need help

when i run norton 2004 antivirus scan i get bolae9in3l.ex and mtrslib2[1].js. Then
norton says it can't delete either of these. What do i do. when i click on the adaware
a norton site comes up but does't explain what to do. Please help
