Please review this HiJackThis log

Just realized I needed to update HiJackThis so I downloaded the latest version. Here's a look at the current log...does everything look okay? I'm concerned about too many svchost.exe's running although I don't seem to be having any issues...but of course, that doesn't always mean I'm not. Thank you for looking; any suggestions?
