help me plzzzzzz

i don't have internet connection but my internet exploer opening automatically.if i close more and more opening.i formatted my whole harddisk 4 times already. i'm using window xp service pack 2 ,

p.s i tried with other window cd but the problem still happening

I have no idea what to tell you except take it to a local shop and let them reformat it for you.


On a hunch see if you have New.Net or New Dot Net or WebHancer in your add/remove program.

hi... agian ,i hope i have done proper format the whole hddsik.cause i have done alot before. but if u want any recommand u are most welcome.my problem is still exists.i tried to delete the internet explorer in program file but it restore automicaly.i am in big trouble.please try to solve my pc problem.thanks

Did you not find new.net or webhancer in add/remove program?


It is very hard to help you without seeing a hijackthis log.


You can burn this tool below to CD from an uninfected computer and bring it to your computer and install and run it and see if it helps but like I said your computer may be beyond repair without taking it to a local computer shop in your area.



1.) Download WinSockFix. (by: Option^Explicit)
2.) UnZip WinsockFix.zip (Pay close attention to where the file is extracted to.)
3.) Run WinsockFix.exe.
4.) Click the Fix button.
