hijack this log

Could you please help?
My PC is running so slow I have run avast anti virus, spyware doctor, adaware se, Spybot s&d, and i have zonelabs security suite running but i seem to have picked somthing up which is crippling my pc.
I also have trouble staying connected to the internet.

Security applications are very demanding of system resources. And they often don't perform very well if there is duplicatation of several of those functions. A security suite wiill pretty much duplicate what Avast and Spyware Doctor are trying to do. Please ensure that those tools are not running while such a security suite is also active (disable or uninstall either group, as needed). That should make a huge difference to normal system performance.
