Plz Plz Plz Help?!

my pc is infected with spyware and i think i have got rid of the main problem, but alot of my programs won't open becasue the 'exe.' has gone, and i cant uninstall programs because the 'exe.' is missing etc.
is there any free programs on the internet?? how can my pc be normal again? do i have to buy a virus program?? plz help me with a solution...

You definately must have an always-on antivirus tool running to ensure the health of your PC (using a real-time AV tool only one at a time). There are some good free Antivirus programs that are decent, including AVG and Avast!.
