Search Engine Results - all links getting redirected

Search Engine Results - all links getting redirected
Hi Everyone

I have recently started getting problems with my search engine results. I use Google and it searches OK but when I click on any of the links it returns the page it loads is redirected to somewhere totally random!

It even says 'redirecting' on the header bar when its loading the page.

I have Norton Internet Security and done scans but find no virus. Also have run AdAware and SpyBot to look for any spyware but nothing is found that fixes the issue.

Can anyone help?
