Email-Worm.Win32.Brontok.q (I need help)my pc Victim!!!

hello all members and moderators

i hope you all fine except me

i got a big problem in my pc Decktop

my problem is a virus called Email-Worm.Win32.Brontok.q

i dont know what to do now?

iam doing full scan with Kspersky and detected more then 121 virus

iam very very afried the kaspersky said the

winlogon.exe is a virus i dont know should i deleted or not

alots of system file has been a virus (cz the Email-Worm.Win32.Brontok.q did that)

please help me my pocket pc become a victim too and my othore pcs on the network detect the virus please please i need searise help
