Computer Lagging and found virus HELP!

hi,

I'm new here and found this site via google. I have found computer lagging thread here and followed the online instruction. Unfortunately since i didn't understand what i should do next i though i'd ask some experts in here.

Here is the previous thread i was following:

I got as far as KASPERSKY virus scanner and it did find a virus but my AVG didn't. I don't know how to get rid of it, or is it even a real virus?

Anyway, I save the findings and they're below. So anyone who want to help PLEASE DO.

'PSKILL' is often incorrectly flagged by numerous antivirus tools as a 'potentially unwannted application'. It should be a non-issue if you put it on your PC, yourself:

Clean out TEMPORARY FILES:
To clean your temp folder, recycle bin, etc..please download this free tool:

CCleaner http://www.ccleaner.com/downloadbuilds.asp

Install Options:

• Don't install any Toolbars, or other programs, should it ask you!
• Just uncheck the option of installing the Yahoo toolbar.

It will put a shortcut on your Desktop.

Select the ‘Cleaner’ BUTTON option (top LEFT), if not already selected. Use the ’Windows’ TAB up front by default.

• Uncheck ‘Cookies’ option (advisable)
• Optionally, Uncheck ‘Recently Typed URLs’ option (potentially still useful)
• Click the ‘Analyse’ button.
• Thereafter, click ‘Run Cleaner’ after you have reviewed what it proposes to clean.
