Spyware help

I had a warning from Norton of a trojan detection which after scanning was removed, however everytime I start up my computer I get the following popups:





I have since updated and done several full system scans with Norton, AVG, AVG Anti-Spyware, Spybot and Adaware. Each detected and fixed some problems and subsequent scans said that everything was fine. However I am still getting the pop ups. I was just wondering if anyone knew of any software which would be able to resolve this problem.
