my pc caught AIDS

Ok so I know this isnt the correct forum for me asking for help, but my PC has caught something extremely nasty and is stopping me from accessing any links that relate to anti-virus, and even searching google for anti-virus. I really have no clue how I caught the virus, I dont use this PC for downloading anything, its basically just to browse. The programs that are running that I know arent suppose to be in Task Manager are:

sys32.exe
sysmgr64.exe
mfxbox.exe
svcshoter.exe
mstskmgr.exe

It wont let me install AVG anti virus or run HijackThis. Ive always been able to deal with a virus until this one, it is kicking my ass left and right. I tried installing it in safe mode but apparently you cannot do so while in safe mode. The virus is also partially stopping me from accessing the internet. By partially I mean I have to keep task manager open and close those programs every 5 minutes or so or it cuts off my ability to access the internet, the strange thing is the internet is still up and running and sending loads of data even though it wont let me access it. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
