virus and antivirus problem..help!!

i have this virus called

i use AVG 7.5 free edition and as of now the virus is in the vault. i am unable to loacte the file on running a search so that i could delete it. please advise.

the second query is with regard to the AVG 7.5 free edition. it takes the updates regularly but keeps showing that the internal virus database is out of date. why is this happening??

there are no partitions on my laptop.
