Re: Runtime Library Microsoft Visual C++. Runtime Error Program

Your issues are likely related to the running of two (2) real-time (always on) antivirus tools at the same time - Symantec and BitDefender. They will likely interfere with each other and/or cause system issues such as being noted.

Disable or uninstall one of them and let us know if this resolves your issues.

Never mind the duplication of effort and the extra CPU cycles involved - what would happen if one tool attempts to take some action and the other tool is also doing its thing such that some system process becomes unavailable or the two tools are both attempting to take similar or opposing action (lock or block a process, for example) - one gets half way through and the other can no longer find the item of interest and continues to retry, etc. Most of the time you probably would never have any obvious lingering issues to notice and maybe not even the slowing down of the PC.
