Please help me

I am using Windows XP Home Edition with Avast antivirus. While installing Norton to replace Avast , for few minutes I disabled Avast. At that time only Virus attacked on my system. Avast cleaned most of the virus but my Operating System effected badly due to virus It disabled properties and System Restore Options . I tried to clean the virus with Norton Virus Removal Tools. But everytime I am getting the message that no virus found. I also used Adware to clean. Please help me to solve this problem.

Hi singireddys.

Let's get a Hijack This Log to analyze and see what is going on in there.
  1. Let's get a Hijack This log to analyze.
    • Create a new folder on your desktop and name it HJT.
    • Please follow this link to get Hijack This.
    • Save Hijack This to your newly created folder.
  2. Let's get an Uninstall List from HijackThis:
    • Open HijackThis, click Config, click Misc Tools
    • Click "Open Uninstall Manager"
    • Click "Save List" (generates uninstall_list.txt)
    • Click Save, copy and paste the results in your next post.
  3. Please re-open HiJackThis and scan and save a new log file.
  4. Post Logs
    • Uninstall List
    • New Hijack This Log
