Need help

I know the cause of my problem but I dont know hot to deal with it. My problem is that when ever I connect a removable disk to my pc it copies a file with an icon like the txt file. When I see properties it shows that its file type is application. Only thing i know how to deal with it is to end process spoolsv386.exe. But when I restart my computer it is again there. I searched my pc for the file spoolsv386.exe. cant find any. but in regedit i found some deleted it. it still wont work. can any help
