Weird low disk space issue. HijackThis log incl.

Hi all!

I've been having a problem with low disk space error messages popping up recently. They seem to come up every 10 minutes or so. I've tried to delete as many files and unwanted programs as I can via disk cleanup and just manually and I still only have 24.5 MB free on my C:/ drive and its capacity is 31.8GB! I just don't know what the hell is taking up all that space?! I don't have that many programs and songs etc. and I've deleted virtually everything but the absolute necessary!
Also, the weird part about my problem is that atm, I have the least amount of programs and songs and photos etc. than I've ever had yet I'm having this problem! I'm thinking it may be a virus or spyware type issue? Whatever it is, it's driving me bananas!

Can someone please help me out?

P.S. I've also pasted a HijackThis log just in case its needed! I couldn't attach it.

In my signature is a link to hijackthis 1.99.1 please get that version as you are useing a beta version, then we will run a scan or two and see if something shows up. Thanks.
