How can I locate IP address??

my sis is having a problem with an ex-boyfriend logging onto her myspace account without her permission. He obtained her password through her e-mail account. I am wondering if there is anyway in which I can get prove that he was logging onto her myspace account. I was thinking maybe if I was able to get a record of the IP addresses that logged onto her page since this would match up to his computer?? I don't know alot about computers and would really appreciate some input...thanks!!

Since IP addresses are constantly changing on most PCs (for both your sis and her ex), a log of IP addresses may not be particularly helpful or revealing. Also, Myspace will generally not be particularly interested/helpful in addressing such a complex request unless it is from lawful authorities (considering that your ISP would also need to be involved).

You best option is to change all affected passwords and move on.
