I am not sure if this is a virus / spyware but recently it keeps appearing on my screen at regular intervals.
Does anyone know how to stop it from coming back or how to get rid of it?
It interupts games and minimizes them - awful when you are playing a racing game.
Please help.

Have you done any basic troubleshooting/discussions with your ISP (Internet Service Provider) regarding your connection reliability issues? Many times such problems should be resolvable by your ISP.
