requested by Jephree -here is my Hi-Jack log.
The problems are two fold as originally explained in my first post:
1.
On my home computer when I try to get into the restore system to disable it ( I want to run a complete scan )< I receive this message" The operation has been cancelled due to restrictions on this computer. Please contact your systems administrator" How do I get rid of these restrictions??
2.
To access the control panel ( I want to unistall some programs in the add/remove section) I usually hit "start", "settings" then "control panel". Both settings and control panel have disappeared from the start meun. How do I get "settings, etc., back??
