Hijack this logfile.......Ghost IE browser

Hi everyone....I did everything that the "cleaning out malware thread" says to do....but it hasn't fixed my problem....when i start internet explorer it opens 2 ieplorer.exe(at least that is what it says in the task manager) and then when i close the one that i opened and start another program such as a game it will close because a internet window popped up and then closed automatically... every so often it will minimize my program but it will leave the window open in the taskbar and just say error....so i close that and it stops coming up for a while but will start closing my programs eventually after taht...i have tried numerous antivirus programs, adware, and spyware but nothing seems to be fixing it thanks for the help....below is a copy of my logfile scan of hijack this...(i have ran adaware and spybot S&D and they havent stopped the problem)

SELECT HijackThis FIX ITEMS: Scan with HijackThis and place a check next to these items:

CLICK ’FIX CHECKED’ with HijackThis.




SAFEMODE: Boot into safe mode by tapping the F8 key at restart and choosing 'safe mode' menu option (explained here if needed).



DELETE FILES:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\gzmrt.dll
C:\Documents and Settings\Default User\Local Settings\Temp\iehome.bat





POST A REVISED HIJACKTHIS LOG for review:
Reboot and post a new HijackThis log with any feedback as appropriate - how things are now behaving: any new or remaining apparent issues.
