Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.

If you would like to keep your cookies don't check that item

* Under Main "Select Files to Delete" choose: Select All.
* Click the Empty Selected button.
* If you use Firefox browser click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
* Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
* If you use Opera browser click Opera at the top and choose: Select All
* Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.

Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.




Run hijackthis and click on "scan system only" button and put checks next to these:

Hi Neal,
This is what the error says:-
"c:\\windows\system32\spool\DRIVERS\W32X86\LXCFtim e.dll missing entry:runDLLEntry"
and it appears every time I start or reboot the computer.
Ian.

That has to do with Lexmark printer/scanner. Make sure it is compatiable with Vista.

Uninstall the Lexmark device and re-install if compatiable.

OK, I uninstalled the printer and the error message disappeared, I reinstalled the printer then downloaded the driver update for windows vista, the printer works ok but the error message is back again

Don't know what to tell you, this is for malware only, might go over to the otherside of the forum and see if they can help you.
