Guess I dont have the virus name in title so doesnt matter or does it? I've tried another help tool from another post (from over a week ago) but not helping out.

I tried another helper post from raymond.cc forum about the delnew.exe, which helped get rid of that. Now trying to update definitions for superantispyware, but cannot as something took hold of the group policy's, and everything is checked "no" in the firewall.

The ones that show up are:
Win32/PEPatch
cftmona.exe
BackDoor Generic7 PYI (MSDTCSW32.EXE)
18601.exe (removed from start up but keeps coming back)

This is from another PC I am attempting to fix, but at that point where infections are deep and need help. I have disabled some I found at startup thru msconfig, but some still show up.

This PC is toast, funny thing is that I can go online (stable) but delnew.exe keep s popping up. And google.com news is fine, but cant get to www.kaspersky.com nor free.greesoft.com, I cannot update any AV's online, the Firewall is blocked and cannot get to group policies.

Is toast.

Sounds very bad and am sorry to hear that, before you reformat or buy a new one try this:

If you have previously downloaded ComboFix,please delete that version now.

Now download ComboFix and save to your desktop:

Note:

It is IMPORTANT that it is saved directly to your desktop

Close any open browsers.

Disconnect from the Internet.

Please do not re-connect your machine back to the Internet until Combofix has completely finished.

Disable your antivirus program and any realtime malware scanners and script blockers now

How To Disable

Double click on combofix.exe and follow the prompts.

When it's finished it will produce a log.
Post the entire contents of C:\ComboFix.txt into your next reply.

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running.

That may cause the program to freeze/hang.

Do NOT post the ComboFix-quarantined-files.txt unless I ask.

Re-enable your anti-virus and re-connect back to the internet and post the combofix log.

*Note*
In case your Antivirus or any other realtime scanner is displaying an alert after you downloaded Combofix or while you use Combofix,please disable your scanner and redownload Combofix again.
Some scanners may see some combofix related components as suspicious and block or delete them while there's nothing wrong with them.

ComboFix SHOULD NOT be used unless requested by a forum helper.

May not work but worth a try, also if you can try doing the SDFix again also.

Sure would love to do all that but, I couldn't get online with the infected PC, I did d/l on this PC but when I tried installing combofix on infected PC, it wouldnt open. So no go on anything, got tired of digging for worms, this one was bad, almost like another one I spent 16 hrs (in two days). So its a clean install for now.
