Ad Aware killed my internet connection

Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know how I can fix it?

I ran Ad Aware on my computer and it came up with a huge list of spyware. I dealeted all of the spyware on the list. Ever since then I have not been able to view any web sites.

Its not a known problem and I haven't heard a problem like this before. Could you click the Hijack This log link in my signature and post a Hijack This log to the forum.
