Two suspicious files that came up during scan

Hi!

I think I have a problem, hope you guys can help me, I'd really appreciate it.

I recently had a fresh reinstall of WinXP and had AVG do some scan for me. It came up with these two files here:
1) C:\System Volume Information\_restore{5671854F-7C27-4324-A274-7A31CB13CEBA}\RP27\A0008551.exe
2) C:\System Volume Information\_restore{5671854F-7C27-4324-A274-7A31CB13CEBA}\RP23\A0008196.exe
Now, the first file had this one time this process associated with it (according to AVG):
C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe
And a day later it had this process associated with it:
C:\Program Files\Windows Defender\MsMpEng.exe
The second file also had this process associated with it:
C:\Program Files\Windows Defender\MsMpEng.exe
Now about A0008551.exe AVG said: "Potentially harmful program HackTool.DEW".
And about A0008196.exe AVG said: "Potentially harmful program HackTool.EEG".
Now obviously these processes are essential and unharmful and I figured AVG must have been a little confused so i simply put these two files under AVG exceptions and that was it.

Now it's been a few days and I forgot all about it, but today I had Webroot Spy Sweeper do a scan for me and it came up with that A0008551.exe file again, and it said it's a "trojan-phisher.gen" (no processes associated according to Sweeper, or it wouldn't tell me).
It also came up with something else which I couldn't even start to understand (it had some gibberish too), so I attached a picture showing it, hope you don't mind having a look.

Now here's my HJT log:
