Internet(RESOLVED)

i think i have a virus i found out that the other problem was my graphics card its bad but now my internet will b fine and then go out the ill try to restart firefox and it will open in my processes in task manager but wont open on the screen i have to restart my computer when and half the time that doesnt fix it. it started around the time that i downloaded the new zonealarm firewall but i completely removed that and still didnt fix the problem iv ran superantispyware malware bytes avast spybot ccleaner and everything finds nothing i did all this in safemode and regular mode with out my internet off i also ran avast startup scan but nothing heres the hijack this

Go to Start > Run and type in Services.msc then click OK

Click the Extended tab.

Scroll down until you find CA, Inc..

Click once on the service to highlight it.

Click Stop

Right-Click on the service.

Click on 'Properties'

Select the 'General' tab

Click the Arrow-down tab on the right-hand side on the 'Start-up Type' box

From the drop-down menu, click on 'Disabled'

Click the 'Apply' tab, then click 'OK'

Next:

Please run HijackThis and click Config -> Misc Tools -> Delete an NT service. In the Delete window, type CA, Inc. and press OK. OK any prompts, close HijackThis, and restart your computer.

ok i disable that but when i tryed to delete the nt service it said it could not be found i believe it was you neal who said u had the same problem with running programs as admin i found out how to set programs to run as admin everytime you open them
