hijack log / generic downloader.x problem

Hi
I am hoping you can help me .. since monday I have had problems with my browser going off to sites I have not asked it to such as mylifejourney and others that seem to
be on redundant servers. I cleaned out my temp folder

I ran McAfee and quarantined Generic Downloader.x
Other trogans have popped up on mcafee but when I try to get rid the system says
they are write protected.. I also ran Malwarebytes and deleted the few things it
found but the problem still exists .. below is my hijacklog can you help ??

You could try restoring the following line removed in HJT if you knowingly setup that proxy:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Int ernet Settings,ProxyServer = http=localhost:7070

Open the Misc Tools Section > Backups > check items to restore > click 'Restore BUTTON

REBOOT

If you set up a proxy, you need to review what is now configured, there, now versus what you expect to be configured:

Tools > Options > Advanced > Network (2nd TAB) > Settings button (Connection box)

Mine has the 'No proxy' button selected.

If you issues are not easily resolved, you might consider uninstalling FireFox and doing a clean install.
