I trade for a new, but used, Dell Dimension XPS today D-A-L Computer Hardware Scan Results I wanted to post my logs to see if you guys had any suggestions.

I don't see any serious issues...
Since it's used computer, you didn't consider to simply format, and reinstall Windows, so you have a fresh start?

Your computer specs look pretty good.
Services are not gonna bother you.
I can see only few startups, which is good.
I'd uninstall Dell Support Center, which is pretty useless, and it's known as a resource hog, sometimes even causing problems.
