Im not sure if i have a virus because i cant quite figure this out. For some reason i am unable to chat or play online games. If i try to chat or play an online game, i immediately lose the connection. Although, I can surf the internet just fine. The web works, but no chat or online games.I have updated java, checked my firewall, and nothing works. I talked to my ISP and they said it wasn't their problem, they do not support that software. I have tried just about every chat service and online game and get the same result, i lose connection. I have tried the same thing on two separate computers and experience the same results. I think its my modem but my ISP said they ran a test and that i have a perfect connection, they refuse to replace my modem. This really sucks, anyone have any advice?
