Hijack this help - Trojan FakeAlert CJ

Hi, I'm running Vista and yesterday I noticed AVG has apparently found three trojans on 20 November (not sure why I only noticed these yesterday!). It says they are held in the virus vault but are unable to be healed. I've attached a copy of my HJT log and hope someone can help
