Macromedia now owned by Adobe is a standard in the field. Both for creation and playback.

Their software is very high end and professional.

If all you want to do is create stick flashes you can probably do it for nothing money wise.

Macromedia/Adobe creation software runs up near a thousand dollars.

so you are recommening? which one..... what else can you use animation else 4 beside stick men..... can you find an article about creating flash games and or stick animation..... you must live on the west coast because in the east it 1:00 im not sleepy though

I am recommending nothing. But know what you want to do then look for the appropriate tools.
